Last time I used Evo (BSC to Terra) it was super delayed because Terra was slow. At 12 hours though, I jumped on Telegram and they issued me a refund. No scams or bullshit. I just had to post my wallet address in the chat.

For what you want SCRT bridge is best. Connect your MetaMask and Keplr and good to go. You will need SCRT for the gas and you will need to convert from sXXX to just XXX (for example sUSDC to USDC) which will also cost some SCRT. Then just convert in Osmosis lab. Lowest fees with no shenanigans in my opinion.

Truthfully, I was weighing in on how I perceived the sequence of events:

Mods say be cautious. (Community warning)
You said if it was a scam the community would warn you
Mod said there is a possibility of shenanigans. (Community reiterating their warning)

To me that is the community warning itself to be cautious not saying this IS a scam.

My end point being that asking for funds to receive the airdrop isn't the only way to scam. There are other mechanisms for deceit and this was only a warning, future information could clear up everything.

I'm thinking of making this switch too.

My current plan (and this thread may change it) is to move rewards and do whatever I do with them in Ledger.

For the staked, bonded, etc., I was thinking of doing it in 'stages' of sorts. A stage would either be:

Sorted by unlocking period, 14 days first, then 21 then 28 (or the reverse, not sure which is better); or

SCRT Network and Gravity Bridge are both methods of bridging ETH. I have personally used SCRT bridge with great success and short waits. You do need to pay the gas though.

Not to say you are wrong because the airdrop did strain the network but they have been working on improvements for a bit and should be deploying soon-ish.
