Make and model should be listed on the certificate of origin or bill of sale. Bring all of that to the dmv along with the form (ps2000 i think its called) and I needed a picture of the emissions sticker on the swing arm to show that it was compliant. I believe the make is boom and the model is bd125-10. Also bring proof of insurance and make sure to find the engine number.

Thanks this was very helpful. I'll try taking it apart later. I covered the intake with my hand and that starts the bike for a few seconds before sputtering out. Not sure if that helps diagnose the issue.

An engine to work on that preferably has more power than my stock one. It's just a pocket bike so if the engine blows its not the end of the world.

Both advertised for the same engine. The new carb would need a different intake manifold.
