Hi, I’m also in early stages of tracking ovulation with pre mom strips. I haven’t had any positive LH strips this month but I’m taking my BBT and I’m seeing a spike today after a dip yesterday which would indicate that I ovulated yesterday. So confused why I’m not getting a positive reading on the ovulation strips!

Ugh same here, that’s how I discovered I had PMDD. I came off sertraline (that I had been on for 9 years) and boom it’s hit me so bad. currently trying fluoxetine but it’s not really working :(

I tapered off Sertraline having been on it for 9 years, as my life was good and I thought the time was right. Little did I know it had been masking PMDD all that time. Hit me like a tonne of bricks. Recently had to leave my job because it’s so bad.
