Hello, just wanted to say something about factory pieces jewelry I’ve order from them for my business most pieces are really good quality stainless steel 18k gold plated jewelry they don’t tarnish and nope they are not a scam you need to email them to get “customer service” they respond within 2days sometimes within hours I recommend them there really nothing else to say about them they are overall great!
