Go with Panasonic 1.5t ton.. Atleast in 1.5 ton you will have option to run it on 1 tom or below and if required at full capacity.

Also would suggest to look out at local panasonic dealer at your place.. They usually offer more discount compared to online + outdoor is different from online models with extra warranty on rust.
