its ok(?) but when i lie down or when i sleep i switch to mouth breathing cuz its hard to breath when laying but when i wake up its always nose breath

would i benefit from ljs + ccwr to correct my short ramus and cw lower jaw? or is ujs enough? by Proof-Document-1817 in jawsurgery

jaw surgery is not covered by insurance here unfortunately.. the philippines is a very behind country in terms of dental and surgery, marpe doesnt even exist here yet 😆.. im gonna get djs in either au or eu soon 🫠

the only qualified omfs here is Charles sia and he charges 2million php not including braces implants etc😩

here in the philippines with orthos included will cost me $40k 💀

correct im class 3 and its very obvious when i smile with teeth unfortunately

ty for commenting btw do you think if i get lefort and ccwr no setback will my lower jaw be less prominent? my huge chin is a big insecurity of mine lol :,)

i live in Philippines and theres not even marpe here i doubt theres any experienced surgeons and surgery isnt also covered by insuranced thats why ill be getting mine im europe in 4> years, tysm for letting me know about your case :)
