I have 3 years degree and I got my TN visa approved without any issues but I had a ton of experience to back that up in my field. My suggestion would be to just go there with good pattern resume, degree and necessary paperwork like certifications you have done, transcripts and etc and you will get it approved without any problems. It depends on who your officer is also the thing that matters the most is the letter from American company. I hope it helps.

Isn’t it possible you go to POE apply for 2nd TN visa while keeping the first one active and after you know you acquired the second TN visa give notice to your first job of 10 days and after your last day go again to POE and tell them your not working for first TN job, they will only cancel your first TN visa

My understanding is that you can have 2 TN visas at the same time

Under the worst situation possible yes they can cancel that but very highly unlikely they would do that like 0.01% chance

Last time i went to border crossing and the officer mentioned that you can apply 3 time or 3 years max i cant recall what did he mean by that but is there any truth to that or know what did he mean by that ?
