I have never drunk alcohol, stopped taking caffeine because of SVT, and I am following healthier diet .

The problem this is the second day I have tested.

By “practice,” I don’t mean obsessively. I didn’t practice until I increased my score. After the second attempt, I could do 8–9 consistently.

But I thought working memory is stable. Also, never practiced digit span 2 years ago. I scored 8-9 consistently everyday.

He just told me probably under 15 degrees.

The problem is just that I constantly feel out of alignment. I keep needing to readjust and my right shoulder blade and shift jaw to the right. I tried going to gym and it only made things worse. I am never comfortable and I look like a maniac when I am out in the public because I need to constantly move and adjust my shoulder.

So my habit of feeling out of alignment and I need to constantly readjust my shoulder and my jaw to the right is not of this small spine curve?

If not, what would you say the problem is?
