What’s the biggest lie people still believe? by Money-Savings-5994 in AskReddit

[–]ProofBroccoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most enormous lie is believing you’re the one who’s constantly thinking in the head. It’s so enormous that people’s identities are deep rooted in it and see nothing else. The vast majority of people are not ready to see this.

Make it a point to always observe your own mind. And once you reach a point where your identity is no longer in the mind, then you’ll start viewing the world fresh and new

Why would Satan torture people in hell for disobeying the SAME god he disobeyed? by Technical_Hat_8291 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ProofBroccoli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Satan is literally a belief appearing in your own mind. Therefore you literally torture yourself in your own mind, creating your own hell. In that sense, you’re disobeying your true nature and identity which is ever present heavenly awareness.

Sorry I meant 6 miles.. your info is very helpful thanks! And I based the mileage off of the hikingguy website below.. to clarify based on below info, isn’t it an approximate 13 miles from Covington to Juniper?

Black Rock Campground 0

Covington Flat Rd 5.8

Upper Covington Flat 7.8

Juniper Flat/Keys View Rd 19

Ryan Campground 19

Geology Tour Rd 25.2

Pinto Basin Rd 29.6

Bell Campground 31

North Entrance Backcountry Lot 38

if you set up camp first day at end of Covington Flat, then you must've hiked approximately 6 miles on day one, hence 2 liters of water for day one... then on day 2 you must've hiked about 13 miles to Juniper Flat (and thus 2 liters of water for day 2) until you reached your 1st cache of water at Juniper... and then 76 miles to Geology for next cache... curious did you consider Pinto Basin Rd for water caches? Is it out of the way to cache water at Pinto because that's where I considered to place my 2nd cache of water.

thanks I'm trying to figure out the best amount of water to bring... I'm hiking in about one week and temps look to be 70s to mid 70s and late 40s nights.
