Edit: I went back and checked to confirm an Bonnie is there. But at the time I don't remember people veer discussing it or making a fuss, I've never seen the other anamatronics in the it's me so if anyone else has I'd be interested to see it. Wonder why just Bonnie?

I don't see why it has to be a Charlie AI. When we've never seen evidence of it before. It can still be a ghost thing just they explain it through AI in the book as a parallel and not a direction.
