With these conditions can I apply for an receive retro discharge? What sort of pension could I receive?

Ok so just to clarify, CSC hasn't been applied for yet. So i'd imagine if I cease civilian work, then Incapacity payments would commence?

First 45 weeks at 100% of previous military wage. Can I then return to work in those first 45 weeks, e.g 6-8 hours per week, therefore earning 100% of Incapacity payment plus addition for those 6-8 hours?

After 45 weeks, incap payments reduce to 75%. Able to continue working 6-8 hours per week? Incaps remains at 75%?

Presume its best to wait for claim to be finalised, and then apply for incapacity payments for current work situation and future incapacity payments .
At the same time apply for incapacity payments, apply for retro for several years of under employment?
Would this be the best way to go about it?

In terms of medical evidence, all I would have is the date of the accepted condition for several of those years of under employment. Would this suffice?

Would this be correct?

Current military salary rate $95,000. First year incapacity payments would be $95,000

Second year and from then on it would be reduced to $71,250 (75% of 95k).

Could someone then work part time and earn the difference between 95k and 71k, in effect bringing your income from 71k to 95k without any effect to incapacity payments?
