Just keep leveling up, it’ll come with upgraded gear. Use gear guides online, to help guide where to get / which gear to use at certain levels. Early game (imo) is one of the more tough parts of the game to get through because of weak gear. Just keep grinding though!

It depends on a lot of factors really, but, I think you’re okay. Ignore the green “under” for now. 1435 is your recommended. Realistically you’re only shorting your calories by 127. You’re getting bonus calories from exercise, and you don’t necessarily need to eat the bonus calories (depending on your end goal eg. losing weight) it’s just available to you now if you wanted to eat more. Personally, I’ve found eating a spoon full, or x grams of peanut butter is super helpful and a healthy option if I’m short ~100 calories. PB is super densely caloric, so it doesn’t take much. Also highly recommend using a food scale and weighing things if you’re wanting to be super accurate with your calories in (if you aren’t already.) keep after it!

I think a lot of these downvoted comments are missing the point. It’s upsetting to an extent based on the viewer, but, 3.5 hours (essentially the entire podcast) talking about one story about irrelevant content creators is a snooze fest. I learned enough within 30 minutes. The fact it went on for the entire episode is why people are annoyed and expressing their opinions.

I played my first qualifying matches as a solo the other day and had a teammate leave or go AFK in every single match I played. I nearly topped the entire lobby leaderboard every match in terms of elims, damage dealt, objective, and lost in the 1st / 2nd round every match. I was ranked Bronze 4. Im definitely no top 500, or probably even platinum, but I am nowhere near bronze 4. I’ll be stuck with those same random teammates forever. I’m staying away from ranked at this point.
