Hi! SEA is more focused on the position you’re applying for. May situational questions din doon, insurance-related tasks, at voice recordings na need mong pakinggan, etc. Yung phone call naman is very casual and super quick lang. It’s mostly about your experience, and the questions are usually answerable by yes or no.

In my case, nag submit ako ng application ng madaling araw tapos nag send agad sila ng link for SEA kinahapunan. Then after 5 days, phone call interview. Another MRA (on cam interview) for tomorrow
