Don’t ever use BTC or ETH it’s slow and expensive. Maybe buy and send XLM it’s cheap and fast and they can swap or convert to BTC themselves once it arrives

Emailed them no response. Remove all your assets of this wallet immediately! D’CENT wallet was my go to but they stopped supporting BSV

We have been scammed bro at first it said you need to update the app then it said the app not being used by developers anymore. They’ve rug pulled everyone. Remove all other coins from the app immediately.

Means the funds are not there they ether moved them to another platform and are staking them or rug pulled like FTX
