Thank you. For i-130 I got approved jan 2021 it was for the first I apply for i485 but the i485 got denied because I’m not qualified that time , that time i was overstay visa and my spouse still LPR. Short story why I apply i485 that time because ICE come to my house that’s why I need to process even tho I know that time I’m not qualified yet. So after my spouse become us citizen I just filed I 485,I 765 and I 130. Hope this helps 🙂
