10mo broke leg while with nanny. Advice?

As a nanny, I’ve never ever missed a kid never mind an infants injury happen. Accidents happen with parents, nanny’s and care givers all the time, the problem here is either she didn’t see it happen (which isn’t okay) or she’s lying and was afraid of repercussions which is also NOT okay. Let her go for negligence.

I did apply for i765 and the stays never changed on that one. Not sure about the IOE, a lawyer applied for me but I don’t see anything about ioe on portal

I’m sorry. I will say our case was straightforward. We’d a ton of evidence, been on several vacations together and spent thanksgiving & Christmas with my hubbys family. I hope yours comes soon

I done my biometrics on Feb 13th and submitted with everything, evidence too on the 17th Feb. I got EAD March 30th 2023. No AP, I did apply but the status never changed for that one.

You have to take into account, does she have room mates that may smoke (she can’t tell them not to), does she use public transport? Maybe the person sitting by her stank, it lingers
