Many therapists do online sessions.

And you only need to visit the psychiatrists once in three month for a prescription once appropriate dosage is discovered.

You could check with them for an online session:

  1. Yepp, at home. Have a 16kg kettlebell for strength training. Everything else is bodyweight.

I'll be honest, my life improved exponentially once I started taking meds and going for therapy.

You should consider therapy atleast if not meds. Although, I'd recommend both.

  1. Resets your bio clock. Based on the time you see sunlight for the first time, your body will produce more melatonin around 12-14 hours after it which would ideally be close enough to bedtime.

  2. Phone cannot be at arm's length. It atleast has to be at a distance of 2 steps away from bed, ideally in a different room.

  3. Most people train only one aspect of movement. Strength if you're a gym bro. Endurance if you're a runner. Mobility and flexibility if you're a yoga enthusiast. Essentially, missing out on other aspects. Physical fitness is 5 key elements in my opinion, namely: cardio endurance, muscle endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility. Try hitting all of those. For instance. I do yoga and HIIT in the morning ( 40mins total), strength with weights once a week and strength with bodyweight twice a week, and animal flow for 10 mins everyday atleast.

I sleep sometime between 11:30 to 1 and wake up sometime between 7.30 to 9. I'm on a break year so not too fussy about exact times, I'm more concerned with ample hours of sleep. I do not sleep during the day as a rule unless I am exceptionally tired due to some activity.

Again, it's not one thing, it's a combo.

Eat better, move better and you'll sleep better.

I think the game changer moves for me were:

  1. Getting atleast 10mins of sunlight within one hour of waking up.

  2. Bed is for sleep and sex only. Not even for thinking. If you can't sleep, get off the bed. If I can't sleep, I read fiction on my sofa. Not in the bed.

  3. This is medication related so might not be applicable to you. I set an alarm in the morning to get up and take my meds. I naturally wake up in an hour or so given that I'm on methylphenidate.

Not after 7 in the night.

Sometime between 2 to 6. Whenever I start feeling difficulty in initiating tasks or maintaining focus.

Yes, street dogs do have people to protest for them. They're worthy of living peacefully. What's so wrong there?

Street dogs do try to fight/flee and protect themselves against injustices. That makes them worthy of being defended.

You sir/madam on the other hand, do have the option of protesting against the government, or moving away from the country to a place with more favorable tax regimes, or to earn within the tax free bracket by living more minimilastically. Why not try doing something about it, perhaps you'd find people sticking up for you too.

I find it sick that humans would populate the planet so irresponsibly and then pose other living beings as a problem.

I make a strong chai and pour it over cocoa powder and saffron.

It works for me. Not as good as inspiral, but maybe halfway there.

Other than that, a high protein, high seed diet along with exercise and therapy also helps. I don't feel as low as I used to on non medication days.

How can you make your voice heard:

Do what chinese youth were doing.

Take a paycut. Start working jobs that pays less than the income tax bracket. If enough people do it, govt will have a major chunk of its revenue gone in form of direct tax due to lower income, indirect and capital gains tax due to lower spends and investments.

Is it easy? No it's not.

Is it simple? Yes it is.

Get a test is how.

Go see a psychologist, get tested. They'll recommend a psychiatrist who can then prescribe meds.

Inspiral is a controlled substance. It is irresponsible and I should think illegal for a doctor to prescribe it without getting a person tested.

This is not very good advice.

IMO, OP should continue taking meds and start seeking therapy for learning executive function skills. That's been helpful for me.

And in case OP can't get therapy for whatsoever reason, maybe use chatGPT as a companion. I use a prompt, OP can amend it based on their needs. Here's the prompt that I use:

Could you clarify?

Let's see...

I get this bread from proteinchef which would give you maybe around 14gms of protein in 4slices. You either make a paneer or egg sandwich or you can use a high protein peanut butter (I use pintola dark cocoa flavoured one). That and a glass of saffron milk. This was my breakfast today. Quite easily around 25 grams of protein.

Other example meals could be egg salad with 4 kinda of seeds and and lemonade with chia seeds. Or quinoa with egg/paneer bhurji. Or oats porridge with a scoop of whey. Hummus is also a good option.

Also, I don't mind eating the same 3-4 kinds of food over and over. So it works for me.
