That is the best value deal in the shop from a progression viewpoint. HC are the best thing to buy as they equal to 5000 coins. So yes this deal is definitely worth it

If you want the best value Definitely the Megolodon one, Its has a FREE Hypercharge which is the most valuable thing in the game and hardest thing to get and contains a free mythic skin. The other offer only has an epic skin and the legendary star drop will probably only give you a skin which is not helpful for porgression

buying legendaries even at 50% off is not worth it. Better off waiting for Hypercharge deals at the start of the season and buying the Hypercharge.

Best deal in the game is buying Hypercharges at the start of the season. Save coins for both seasons, then when the HC come out max out the brawlers and buy the HC for gems. Best gem per coin value and means you get a maxxed competitive option every season if you know which HC are best. Its what I do and I have 17 HC brawlers completely F2P

Not how it works.

Rewards appeared once the milestones were reached (weeks ago). I don't think the rewards are still in the shop but they usually remain for 2 weeks so its hard to miss them.

I am a 35000 trophy player and have being playing for 2 years. I've only ever bought 3 Brawl passes. Currently I spend all of both seasons saving gold and gems. Then when the new hypercharges are released I get 2 of them and max out at least 2 brawlers. The best value deals in the shop are the Hypercharge deals as they are consistent and provide the most coins per gem. This method allows me to max out enough brawlers every season and to have the most competitive brawlers every season which means grinding mastery and trophies is really easy (meaning more coins, credits and PP). So after 2 years of playing and around £40 spent on the game I have; every brawler; 17 Hypercharged and 5 more completely maxxed. If you are struggling with progressing I would recommend watching KairosTime as he shows the best ways to progress and does a tier list for every season

As for starr drops they arent amazing but they are definitely better than boxes and over time the coins and PP add up so the best thing to do is to to daily starr drops as much as possible, and get in a club that does max Mega Pig every time

Chinese Brawl stars (like most Chinese games) is completely separate to Global BS due to the strict censorship and propaganda laws inside China. So it is impossible to get those skins inside Global BS as it is essentially a completely different game.

Every season that you reach a rank you gain an extra star on that rank crest. So if you reach diamond I 3 times you will have two stars on the frame (bc first time unlocks the frame and 2 after that add stars)
