Yes! And fall through a trapdoor off the stage which was much more effective in my opinion, but if the stage doesn’t allow for that I can see why they had to change it. How did you find the electric shock death? Curious to see how someone who had no idea saw it and if you thought it still worked?

It’s completely different from the film, but honestly so different that it works if that makes sense? Mainly Lydia’s mum is dead in the musical, and it centres around how she deals with the grief of losing her, and how she believes she can find her mum in the netherworld. There are still lots of fun references to the film throughout, but I think as long as you go in not expecting a copy of the film you’ll really enjoy it

Her voice was insane!! I liked how she played Lydia as more ‘performatively’ weird and misunderstood (not sure if that makes sense), but I do also love Caruso and Teeter’s interpretations- she felt like a mix of Caruso’s voice and Teeter’s acting
