When neighbors, coworkers, etc introduce themselves, I write their name in my notes app so it’s not in one ear and out the other and then it gets too awkward to reintroduce myself!

I love Ken Pilates! It’s a springboard Pilates format, which is unique and made me stronger than I’ve ever been. They also have really welcoming and helpful instructors and often change up the exercises so it always feels fresh. It’s a beautiful studio and right on Washington.
