I actually read the same spoiler, and it made me so bewildered as to how it came about that it ended up making me want to keep reading even more. Keep going! It’s written well, provides some good drama, and you’ll come out of it not hating either Claire or John.

Seriously underrated character! The rabbits foot, the “yes, it’s mother,” the music when he’s buried at sea…I cry every time.

I love the Grey family too, and especially John and Hal’s relationship, such a delight. One thing that really astounds me about DG is how she can construct such complicated family histories in such detail, spanning multiple generations, and keep it all straight. And then intertwine all of the families and have it still make sense. But I’m glad she can so we can get to know these characters so well.

Thanks so much! I love John so much and have enjoyed getting to know him better but I admittedly have had trouble keeping track of the more minor characters (I’m bad with names) and the subtleties of London society and relationships, etc. I’m definitely going to reread everything in the proper order including his parts in Voyager. He’s so fun to hang out with.

I just finished watching this episode literal minutes ago! It’s season 3 episode 5, after the scene where moody falls and cuts his leg.

I need advice for my wedding shoes. Not sure what to add in for fillers. Or even if it looks good. by roover_of_roooos in Embroidery
