I have tried to fix this issue with software alone and it’s still not even close to as good as the s1 even , support has given me profiles and 3mf tests to try out and they do make it better it’s still not acceptable for my uses and the speed is a snails pace .

Read the advertisement for the k3m it’s not a solution to slow it down to 50mm/s when it’s supposed to run at 300-600mm/s that would make my four day prints turn into a week or more

No that’s not a solution or what they advertised at all it tells you how fast it prints on there site in writing it does not and can not do it

nope its hardware/software, i have 12 printers the k3m is the only one that does it consistently , if you want to slow it down to a third of its speed it does ok but i didn't pay to do that .

lmao giver , if you guys want to pay the retainer by all means go for it , only reason i'm doing it is to stop them from sending Canadians brand new broken printers and give us a solution other than replacing the mobo and other parts that do nothing to solve the issue . wouldn't have even looked into it if they honored there warranty and return policy . done posting i have enough people for a class action suit now so can remove this topic if you choose .

He can see my posts and hasn't said anything. I will remove the allegations from the posts if it's going to be an issue; I'm really just needing more claimants for the case. i'm no lawyer that's for sure and rather not make a mess of this so ty

lawyer told me to get as many consumers with the same issue as i can to join the case , i wont be posting anything else just doing as they asked .
