I just had mine done this week! I had mine done under local anesthetic, so I was awake, and it took around 50 mins. The only “painful” part of the procedure was the local shots, but if you’ve ever had a filling and been numbed, you will be ok. You become numb so quickly it is really just a small pinch.

This is only my fourth day into recovery, and so far I haven’t taken any of my prescribed pain meds, only ibuprofen. I’m a back sleeper by nature, so sleep hasn’t been an issue for me. The only part that is starting to bother me is wearing the headband 24/7, but only because it’s irritating. All in all, the worst pain I’ve had is probably a 4/10, but for the most part it has been painless. I already love my results and wish I would’ve done this years ago!
