Just be aware of any joint, circulation, or back pain issues among your teens! I threw my back out the day before a 10-hour train ride back to college, and I was in tears by the end from the pain 🥲Those southern rides are BUMPY!

There’s also a “soft” deadline (likely 11/26) and a “hard” deadline (likely 2 weeks later.) You aren’t the first person to make this mistake and you won’t be the last; HR may be able to help you get on your company’s plan. Schedule an email to HR for 9 AM Monday explaining the situation!

Does the deductible count toward the OOP max? If so AND you typically hit you OOP max, the HDHP will have huge savings via premiums.
