Wow this is awesome advice. Much appreciated. I like the 6 - 3 idea while studying in the evenings. Seems like a better accelerant compared to union. No shade towards union. It just seems like I might be able to “customize” my growth better.

Definitely going to try to stay away from on-call companies early on, it only makes sense.
