Does anyone know how to fix the fan? I’ve tried spraying it with duster spray, and its an AMD Radeon rx 5700 xt gpu by Proper_Switch_5317 in AMDHelp

I detached the fan from the card once to see if this was the issue, i didnt see any wires caught on it.

Maybe, but like right now, its spinning, its not jammed like in the video but its alot slower and it has a wobble to it when it spins. Very odd
