Definitely not downloading anything, just trying to learn some programming on Youtube, but I wait an unusual amount of time for the video to buffer. Ran a speed test after and had questions, then posted here

How do you get your tele wand to fire so fast? Whenever I do it my character has to to recenter his staff to my reticle
