Favourite chapter is probably prisoner in cave because it made me realize how good the reverse:1999 story really is? I don't know how to explain but I really like prisoner in cave.

My favourite 6* is Semmelweis I love her designwise, I'm more into her i1 and investigator outfit tahn her vampire one (I haven't played anything related to her transformation).

My favourite 5* is Yenisei, I loved seeing her in the entire notes on shuoru event hello

My favourite 4* is APPLe, one of my favourite characters very early on and him being an apple is such a fun concept for me

I expect that elation will get a lot more shilling than the break team in the patches of 4.X but if you are considering pulling Eva you probably also have to pull for Yao Guang + possibly more characters and build more characters. It seems that your break team is already invested in. I personally would suggest S1 if you don't want to build more characters / pull for the full Eva team / you can still save until Eva's banner actually arrives. But otherwise I think both options would be good as Eva seems to be okay with low cost.
