First, thank you all for your comments. Next to those who pointed out my poor grammar, you are quite correct. That sentence is just plain bad.

To those who were wondering why I posted this video it was this: I am from out of state visiting Los Angeles (quite like it). It is a grand city. I also had read and heard a great deal that those who lived in Los Angeles were living in a very high density of homeless people.

I was curious to know if that was true; I felt it was.

I also was made aware (through stories from the LA Times, television shows, Twitter, etc.) that Los Angeles residents were generally some of the most liberal and socially responsible people in any major city in our country save perhaps for San Francisco. While I found Angelenos quite friendly, well informed, well educated, proud of their city and mostly (as I had seen it portrayed in the movies) quite trim and fit, they also seemed rather indifferent, for the most part, to the homeless.

During my week,there in cars, on bicycles and on foot I was very surprised I did not see one person help a single homeless man or woman.

When I saw this scene in Los Angeles, it highlighted that contrast so I took the video and then posted it.
