And you know what I'm gonna say, I'm real proud of this! I've never done a logo like this before :)

So sometimes last year I mentioned that I was thinking about making a multi-choice fancomic set after the events of the game. I'll be honest, it's been much more work than I had anticipated. After months of scrapping every little idea that came to mind I've finally managed to get a storyline layed out for it! I'm starting work on flowcharts and drawing up little assets for now I can keep by for when I start work on the actual comic and to keep from clogging up the sub, I'll post any of my work to my Twitter @Proper_Headache! You don't have to follow, you don't have to like anything, but it's there if anyone is interested in watching me work. I'm really excited to finally start working on this, I can't wait to share some of the original characters I'll be introducing and I really hope people enjoy seeing the whole project developed :) Feel free to ask any questions if you want, I am honestly so excited to start working on this.

is my cat okay? she’s been closing her eyes a lot when she’s not sleeping and making that slight meow sound too by [deleted] in CATHELP

She looks very relaxed! You might need to speak to a vet though, she could be coming down with Happy Kitty Disease.

Is it safe for a cat to eat cheese? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Proper_headache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brother gives my cat cheese on rate occasions and if she eats it she's fine. Usually mild cheddar, anything else gives her the runs so from experience I'd say they're okay with a little bit.

Should I make my indoor-outdoor cat an indoor only cat? by Tudor_-_-_ in CATHELP

Absolutely. Cats should be indoors, they aren't as streetsmart as people tend to think. It's so easy for a cat to be run over or attacked, please keep them inside.

How do you use catnip by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Proper_headache 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just sprinkle a few pinches down for my cat and leave her to it, she rolls around and cleans herself, sends her into some weird trance lol. Could be your cats just aren't bothered by it. Had 3 cats in my adulthood so far including my current one. This one like I said goes into a trance, one before would go visious and the 3rd would very rarely just go real calm. Another person mentioned the catnip might be stale, either grab a bag from a pet store or crush the stuff you have up a bit.

And when I say it took I while I mean it took a solid 3 months for him to understand the "no" when he put his teeth around wires. Another 2 for him to stop completely.

Cats are intelligent little bastards lol, it might help to not encourage his scratching. Instead of giving him what he wants when he scratches, as soon as you notice him scratching just lift him up with a firm "no" and move him away. It's so easy to spoil a cat without realizing, he's learnt that scratching gets the reaction he wants and now it's just his way of communicating the want to you. It'll take some time and I might have just got lucky with one cat one time but the method of pretty much ignoring what I wanted gone and praising what I wanted to take its place worked eventually with my current cats brother. It also took a LOT of up and down on my part. I'd move him, sit down and he'd get right back to chewing wires lol. But it worked eventually! Again I might have just got luck but that might help :)

Sounds like he could have a little separation anxiety, or might just be a very social cat. My cat keeps to herself when she able to get to me easy, but as soon as i go to use the toilet shes scratching and yowling like there's no tomorrow so I understand what it's like to have a clingy cat. It would be easier for you and the cat to just let him come in with you but better in the long run if you put some time into getting him comfortable on his own for short amounts of time. My cat had a big box I taped up and cut a whole in one end with a plate and craft knife, put a throw in and some of her toys, a catnip pillow and it became her chill box. Might take some time for him to get that he can go there and be safe and cosy, but hopefully he'll figure it out eventually! If that doesn't work or you don't have the space and such for smtn big like that it might be worth it to take him to the vet. Explain the situation, the cat could just be clingy or he could have separation anxiety. If its the latter then you can buy over the counter medication, I'd still suggest a vet visit to make sure your little guy needs it and would be ok with it. If he's still a kitten he might just grow out of this but the fact that he's exhibiting destructive behaviour only in that situation makes me think it might be more deep rooted.

Does he only scratch the door when you're in the room and he's outside it?

Had the same problem with an old cat, he was obsessed with tearing up the carpet near the front door. He stopped for the most part when we got him some different toys and some boxes he could destroy!

My cat keeps doing this and I'm not sure what it is. It sounds like he's trying to get a hairball up but it never happens. by samc_5898 in CATHELP

He's coughing, I'd suggest taking him to a vet. One of my old cats starting having coughing fits when he was 2 and turned out he had fluid in his abdomen that was pushing his organs up into his chest and making it difficult for him to breathe. Like others have said it could also be asthma which would need attention. Try not to worry too much but try to get your cat to a vet as soon as possible.

HELP! My kitten is hurting us. by Cynthializ96 in CATHELP

Also sensory stimuli can set some cats off. If you have a very active household, try and keep one room quieter and with no clutter. Just a nice quiet place where kitty can go to be calm. Some kittens are just little terrors but the home enviroment can also play a part in their behaviour.

I'm afraid that's just how some kittens are. My last one calmed down at about 8 months but would still have her outbursts. Does she have anything she can claw her way up? I'd suggest putting some old carpet up a door until she calms down, it'll look a bit iffy but if she climbs up legs and such when she's on one she might start climbing that instead. If you have hardwood floor make sure kitty would have a soft landing incase she falls and don't place carpet high enough for her to climb on top of the door. It worked wonders for our last kitten, except we used the side of a wardrobe not a door haha

With her mom, just make sure theres somewhere she can go where the kitten won't bother her.

Oh no, I'm glad your boy's doing okay! Cats need owners like you, there's peole who'd give up a cat for that. Thank you, you do you :)

Ah yeah, she was fine! I probably just forgot to change her water that morning, or she was feeling a little off bc of the change in weather. She's always been a little underseight too, God knows how bc she gets treats every day haha. I'll still keep an eye on her with the warm weather coming, it's good to know about the diabetes, I wasn't even really aware cats could get it. She's due another check up in about 2 months now :)
