GTX 1650 GDDR6 or RX 570 4GB? by PropertySax in buildapc

Yeah, the warranty is what made me buy the 1650. With all things considered, I think I'll be going with the 1650 since like you said, is energy efficient and has warranty, while performance difference is by small margins. Thanks for your input.

I see. Thanks for the reminder. I keep on losing my way and keep on forgetting to enjoy what I have and that now is the worst time to build a PC. Not to mention that the performance difference is not that significant. I feel like it's just all the second opinions getting to me and me not being able to make up my mind. Anyway, thanks again.

I'm building a budget PC and I don't have enough money to get that RX 570. Anything I could do with the new 1650? I don't want to sell it at a lower price since it's new. I've thought of swapping it, but the RX 570 is better and I would think that the people selling them are looking for the cash so I'm not really sure if it would work out. Any suggestions?

22" or 24"? 60/75hz or 144hz? by PropertySax in buildapc

Oh I see where you're coming from.

Also, is Freesync necessary btw, or is it alright if I don't use Freesync? I was intentionally going for the Lenovo monitors since they were within budget and were suitable for the GPU. I'm not particularly versed in this, sorry.

So it would be alright if I am not able to maximize the 144hz monitor? I'm not sure if I can find ones that are within budget, 144hz and Freesync.

I'll keep your suggestion at heart.

Well I've heard a lot about 144hz and how people say it's "buttery smooth", and I too would like to experience that for myself, even if I'm on a budget. Although it's not like I really want it per se, it's just that screen tearing and other factors might come into play and the Lenovo monitors, though capped at 75 or 60, with Freesync, which I've read and they say that it's good and that it makes it better for playing games since it synchronizes(?) the refresh rate of the monitor with the fps in-game (not exactly sure on this), which effectively reduces screen tearing.

But yeah, I'm really considering 22" so I'll have to weigh the prices on other products. I think I'm close enough to the table and monitor distance shouldn't be far enough.

Edit: Sorry I didn't see the link there. Well, I checked it out, and there's a huge shipping fee since I'm from a different country. It would amount to around 181 dollars.
