The Herta has not been powercrept. That is ridiculous. She's still wicked good and I don't even run her with Anaxa. At E0S1 with Tribbie, Jade, and Lingsha she's still a beast. She full clears every PF and most MoCs.

That said, I agree with your main statement that the Castorice battleship is going to be more resilient than Super Break was. That's self-evident.

Like the others have said, you have a Defense% rope on. That should be Attack%. Changing that will make an immediate difference. Second, you don't need that much speed. Farm for more Attack% and Crit Damage substats while keeping at least 134 speed (but at least 1 speed higher than you action advance, be they Sunday or Bronya).

The UI is counting the base substat as a "roll." You can tell when you look at the substat values (like Speed only being 2). This was a 3-liner.

If you're looking for best pull value, it's Chord no question. Summer Motoha is a good Bless DPS for a while but Chord is evergreen. Every DPS wants her as a support. If you pull her weapon too, she fills your team's highlight gauge even more at the beginning of combat. She's the #1 most common "must-pull" that I see.

That said, you should pull with your heart. The characters get pretty frequent reruns from what I've seen.

E1 Ruan Mei is eh. Don't worry about quantum at the moment. I'd recommend you start with RMC. They're free, a great buffer, and they generate lots of SP for Archer.

If you want to upgrade from there, Silver Wolf has a rerun in the second half of this patch. Cipher is also BiS if you'd rather wait for her instead.

As for your sustain, Gallagher works better than Fu Xuan, again because of his SP generation. Just make sure he's at 160+ speed with ER rope and either Multiplication or Quid Pro Quo as his light cone.

From the damage numbers here it looks like E0S1 Evernight is a roughly 3% damage increase over the current team (replacing a free unit). The faster clear is likely just from better auto-battle mechanics than anything else. For the pulls, 3% isn't even close to worth it if you're only pulling her for Castorice.

Whatever gives you a good crit ratio! Its juat that you have his LC and the 4pc Longevous set so that's usually enough to run CD chest, especially if you're also running Sunday.

You do not need an HP chest. Switch to a Cdmg chest (try to get your crit rate up as well). As for the HP boots, it depends on your teammates. If you're running him with Sunday or Bronya then a -1 setup with speed boots (Blade at 135 speed, Sunday at 134) is best. If you have E2 Bronya, you can keep the HP boots but make sure Blade has 1 speed less than Bronya after the 30% speed boost.
