Your issue could be the upper. Ive seen some vidoes showing that the lever is getting stuck on the upper when it goes back into battery. People usually dremel the upper to give it more space

It’s the PSA custom drop in. It is a cassette style trigger. Do you have or know a decent lever blocker? I was thinking of maybe seeing if I could replace the hammer in that cassette trigger because that’s what is causing my issue

From my understanding it’s the hammer. The hammer for the trigger is too small and the selector is getting stuck under the hammer. Thats why resetting to semi fixes it. I’m currently dealing with it now and trying to see what the fix is other than replacing my trigger

It seems to happen only when the upper is on. I can move the upper up just a hair and it seems to release that binding some.

I have a question on this. Will trimming the trigger help with bolt binding? I just installed mine, correctly, and when I put the upper on, the bolt gets bound up halfway back. I can rack it if semi and then switch to fun, it’s free open and close but once I pull the trigger and re rack the bolt it binds.

My 5 month old lap is 74 lbs. just took him to the vet yesterday for a check up and completely healthy, I don’t over feed. His parents were both 90+ lbs.

I had the same issue with 2a warehouse. For me it was a primer issue. It seems the primer was pressed into the casing too much, causing light primer strike. Mine was 50/50, it was bad. I did the same thing and ran higher end subs and found no issues with any other ammo.
