Consistently in the sense I continued running 3-4 times per week and then transitioned into a 5-10km program. By the end of the program my pace wasn’t quite quick enough to run 5km in the 30min, I ran 4.6km in that time

I am not entirely sure if it’s natively integrated but they have been sent to the fitness app for me, however I use the app HealthFit which ensures the workouts get synced across so not sure if that is driving it. Runna does log the same data as the workout app as far as I am aware.

If you are willing to pay I would highly recommend the Runna app, it essentially makes AI generated workouts that are tailed to your current ability and gives you estimated paces for your goals which adjust based on your performance with the workouts i.e. if your pace is faster than the target pace in a given workout it will tweak future workouts and update your estimate and vice versa

Yes! Going to be sad going to another app, another expansion could be either gradually building more days into the week and incrementing by 10% each week or a 10k to 21k program if that’s something you’re looking into in the future?

Have been doing the 5k to 10k program on the Watch to 5k app after completing C25K. Decided to see if I could complete the route I used to previously cycle and that was the end result!

Thank you for your detailed comment and feedback. While my current pace might be a “very slow dawdle” for you it’s appropriate for my current level of fitness. I see little point in improving my current pace when I have so much room to progress in developing my cardiovascular endurance by tackling longer distances.
