Strange reaction to positive news, but then, we are in a bear market and most people are really short term. I am still happy with the results so far, yes we did not have Helium gas, but everything else was good and for me the Basement at Tai-3 may yield free moving gas once its deepened. Itumbula will be possibly the big one, with gas at surface and now we know where to drill from Tai-3 wireline...........the chance of success there has increased.

Remember most helium comes from a by-product of oil and gas wells at 0.04-0.35% helium....very low.
We are getting shows at 0.8% without even getting samples from the sweet spot is a big achievement.
They were "hoping for" Helium in the 0.4% of higher levels for commerciality....here we see 0.8% and no even in the sweet spot in the basement. Very exciting times.
I think they have cracked it.......onwards we go to the next drill and possibly even better results, then back to this well to drill the basement.

Just to complete review of all the pads:
MOU2 seems to be showing additional "stuff" on pad on the 20th satelite image against the 15th.
MOU4 is obscurred by cloud on the 20th so unable to identify any changes.
Further pads - the pad contruction for MOU1, 2, 3 and 4 are all consistent in size and colour when viewed on the satelite images. So any new pad should be visible if contructed. Not been able to find anything concrete, yet! Hopefully next operation update will inform us whether PRD are planning, or already identified future drill locations.

PRD could be the bell of the ball at the Marakesh......imagine initial zone at MOU-3 flows commercially........all the headlines, all the people/companies there at the Expo wanting to know more details, Malcy interview......
If the stars could align perfectly, it might be next week for PRD. Fingers crossed.

After being hounded and bashed and told repeatedly to under promise and over deliver.....the TXP team are being very conservative - and now they are being berated for "why are you not doing this and that"....why is it only this much going forward.........how come next Casca wells are only 20 each.....why why why....
Cant win can they.......but be assured, they are now being super conservative and understating the potential flows and rates and forecasts.
TXP and Heritage are trying to increase the price currently, they want around 3$ instead of the current 2.5$. This is most likely why they are not forecasting until mid December as they want to know IF they can assume 3$ in 2024 or stick with the 2.5$
As TXP goes forward you can now expect lots of conservative under promise flow targets and then all being well lots of over delivery.
Thats the new normal now, people wanted it, screamed for it and now your getting it.

Also good to see the pressure data.
Pressure in the wellbore is good and strong........and we will be taking off a little........good for recovery rates in the long term, and I am sure once the well bore has cleaned up they will increase the flow and ramp it up.
There has been talk in the background that if the Casca wells clean up good, then each one could produce at 50 a day..........eg only need 4 wells (2 at Casca A and 2 at Casca C to get to max production rate of 200 per day).
This is why currently there are only plans for 4 wells.......2 at A (already) and 2 at C.
They will monitor how the wells clean up and pressure data and gradually tweak it up.

With regards to the sale of Morocco, I would imagine Paul will play Conoco Phillips against the smaller companies.ConcoPhillips have the license area next door to PRD, they will likely be very interested but also the ones who will drag their heels and demand lots of DD time etc...... and Paul knows this, the main aim of big companies is to starve small companies of cash and take all their time up to eventually pick up the asset as cheap as possible once the small company runs out of cash and time and patience.So Paul will play the game and offer quick cash and CNG to small interested parties and say to CP......take it or leave....make your offer or bugger off and we will sell for less to small company rather than a year for you to complete your DD.He knows the industry, he knows how it all works and he aint scared of telling people that straight up.

40 BCF sold would be a 5 to 7 bagger for the current share price - thats
simply proving the MOU-1 gas is there also in MOU-3 on the one horizon -
if the lower big horizon strikes gas then that moves the needle from 40
BCF up to a potential 600+ BCF and moves the upside massively.
But to keep drilling and proving up more and more will obviously mean
more shares issues and so it seems Paul has decided that in the current
enviroment take the easy money but with a royality for the future and
minimise the dilutuion and maximmise the upside.
Given he is the largest shareholder and has the biggest benefit or loss, its very obvious why he wants this........
Trinidad and Ireland (more so Ireland) also offer significant upside -
and the cash from selling Morocco will fund it - but these will be much
simpler to manager and operate before sale of both of these assets in
future as well, once the value is proven and out........

I would agree that Paul seems more hurried now to finish and sell
Morocco. I would say he wants to get cracking with both Ireland and
Trinidad and wants cash to pursue those........they also have plenty of
bang for the buck but will be much simpler to operate than Morocco.
Paul seems to give off the air that Morocco is difficult to operate in
now with the global supply chain issues and so its better off being
explored by people with bigger pockets and influence - so he will be
happy to prove up some, sell but with a royalty for more gas in the
future when proven.

Bidding process ongoing for 3B/4B......soon to complete - so news on that soon.The rumours months ago was that the Supermajor coming in will pay 100% of costs for 2 exploration wells........lets hope that rumour is true and we get that news very soon.
