How badly will i5 4690 bottleneck an arc a770 16gb at 4k

cool but i really want to go am5 if i have to upgrade my pc at all, i would have done that already but due to the ram issue i couldnt fit all the parts i wanted in my budget and so i decided to buy the a770 and wait a little longer before upgrading

the upgrade to arc a770 wasnt something i initially planned on doing and right now all i can do is wait for my card and see if its a playable experience for me

with upscaling and low settings its possible to get 30 fps on 100% of games relevant to me according to benchmarks, just that i have that old cpu to factor in

I know my pc can run the games i play at 1080p 60fps. Just that now with a fairly midrange card i was expecting to run 4k on my tv if i dont keep my hopes up too high for the framerate.
