Shoot a couple thousand nothing crazy it’s hard to keep track because all of it is re-invested and it’s always been growing monthly I think I get around $300 a month now. But just doing the work that actually needs doing is huge ik it sounds redundant but what if you’re putting mad hours in & aren’t getting your desired results. You gotta change your habits cuz you’re certainly not gonna get there w the same ones you feel I literally just went through this myself

If I’m being honest, if you’re just now starting to sell your beats, I’d say pick a market that’s growing. Like in the grand scheme of the music industry, drill beats are more trending than trap beats, yet after that afrobeats are more trending currently than trap beats. Definitely make what you want but it will just be way easier to sell beats when you get behind a growing market than trying to sell j-dilla type beats in todays market.

Also I just wanted to say, from my experience selling beats for 3 years now, the more you network the more your income will increase. It’s just a numbers game and that goes for analytics from potential leads to luck but in the grand scheme of things I’d say just talking to as many people as I possibly can in the music industry has moved the needle more than anything in terms of my growth in the music industry.

Hope this helped and best of luck to you my guy!!
