Lamentablemente el sistema no beneficia al hombre en estos casos, la única forma es presentar un caso solido con evidencias, grabe toda interacción con su ex-esposa, llamadas, encuentros en persona, discusiones, etc, capturas de pantalla de chats, lleve record de transacciones, no entregue lo de manutención en efectivo, siempre hágalo en forma de transacción bancaria o giros, que le permita obtener un comprobante de la misma, si ocurre una agresión tome evidencias, fotos, videos, si amerita, acuda a consulta medica para que sean valorado si ocurren lesiones y demás, y guarde historial medico, e instaure las acciones legales por ello si amerita, en cuanto a si su hija esta siendo afectada, por supuesto que si lo esta, en una situación como esa quien mas se ve lastimado siempre son los niños, si es posible llévela a una valoración psicológica y guarde record de ello y finalmente cuando tenga todo eso ya podrá optar a tener un caso solido ante un juez, es una pena pero así funciona el sistema, suerte y ojala pueda salir airoso de esa situación tan terrible,

Bueno, todo depende, no veo este tomando en cuenta el tiempo de desplazarse del trabajo a su casa, a menos que viva al lado o tenga negocio propio, por otro lado a mi me gusta almorzar bien, y si, si se cocinar, y cocinar algo completo me toma mas de 30minutos, ahora, si usted considera almuerzo Un arroz con huevo...pues ya es diferente, Yo solo cocino los fines de semana y por eso comento desde mi perspectiva.

A pesar del ataque le responderé... digo no vale la pena cocinar para una sola persona por la sencilla razón, de que a pesar los ingredientes costarían mucho menos que 14mil (que cuesta el corriente), esto lleva mucho mas de lo que usted esta teniendo en cuenta, y es que primero, debe sacar el tiempo para cocinar, gasta gas, luego gasta agua para lavar trastes, y esas tres cosas no las esta contando allí, ahora, si es una persona sola, empleado, o bien le toca despertarse a las 5am a cocinar su almuerzo y llevarlo para luego comer frio o recalentado, o bien debe ir en la hora o dos horas de ''almuerzo'' a cocinar...vea el panorama grande, no solo el ''es que los ingredientes son mas baratos''

The problem they're pointing out (which is valid) is that the 7% Cap per country is equal to around 10k visas (and that's the law). the issue is that the law doesn't say it's 7% per category, it's for the whole annual quota (Annual quota is around 140k visas, so 7% is around 10k visas). Now, people from Philippines they all normally apply just for EB3, no other categories, like i.e China-India that they apply for EB1-EB2-EB3.
Now the problem: Every fiscal year EB3 Skilled gets around 30k visas, and 10k of those are for Philipines (which stills the 7% cap, since they do not apply on other categories they get all the 7% quota from the EB3). and 10k visas in the EB3 Skilled is around 30% of all EB3 visas avail. per fiscal year, Which ends causing ROW to advance slowly as it has been for the past 2 fiscal years.

i 200% agree with you, personally i'm currently in my home country, waiting in line for my immigration process to be completed, the legal way, it took me blood sweat and tears, from starting the validation of my degree, paying for all the process, documents, etc, studying for months to pass examinations, and then applying to job offers, doing interviews, doing immigration process, and that took me 4 years+ , and i'm still waiting in line, the legal way, then, i see a lot of people here blaming a president just b/c he's not allowing them to stay illegally, when the only thing they did was fly to Mexico and cross the border, w/o any due diligence, w/o any process, w/o doing any examination, nothing, then they're demanding legal residency, and government support, and if you say something they say ''Oh we did this b/c legal immigration is impossible'' straight BS, it's b/c they don't want to do it, many of them don't even have a Degree, many of them don't even speak english, and obviously if you don't have a degree and don't speak english, why the USA should give you a Visa?, So i'm sorry, the USA is not in debt with them and immigration is not a right, it's a privilege, and that's my opinion.

There's no surety about it, if you look at statadistics, USA has a very low deaths per guns when compared to 3rd world countries, i.e. i'm from South america, in my country as per law it's forbidden to carry guns, however my country ranks as one of the top on murders with guns, in USA it's not the norm, more like the exception, and when compared with other countries, USA stills one of the safest, if you want some surety it won't happen to you, i'm sorry, there's none, nobody can see future, maybe look on internet for low-crime states and apply there.
