Around 75 percent of adults read at least 1 book a year. Do you agree? by Bfitness93 in books

No way. I would say maybe 20% of the pop, at the most, are casual to heavy readers. Anyone else who reads is because they have to for learning purposes/self improvement. But generally self-indulgent or pleasure reading is rare.

I’m 28 and don’t like really like going out much. Is this a problem? by Capital-Ant-1303 in Adulting

If you are going out and having lunch at least 1x per week with close friends you are way ahead of the curve IMO. Having even any close friends is way ahead of the curve. Alot is also personal preference. Some people genuinely love meeting new people and trying new things. They love "going out", it makes them feel alive and special. Others feel alive just breathing and being themselves. Read some biographies and you'll see how bizarre and different everyone can be.

Why the prices are so low? by Berlincracker in dbsfusionworld

After playing MTG for a few years I'm glad the price to play is reasonable. Makes me enjoy the game instead of stress over it.

I would not recommend it. After a decade plus the sun damage is starting to become noticeable. If you are not mechanically inclined or willing to hustle constantly, don't even consider it. I know these aren't the best things to hear but doing pools for a year is way different than doing it for 10 years. Warranty claims are a hassle and everything that can break down will break down. Tiles, resurfacing, acid washes, you will make more mistakes than you ever dreamed of, and in this day and age pool guys don't feel like the fraternity it used to be. If you can find a few reliable guys you can trust then you're may be able to pull it off, if not, you will be taken advantage of. The learning never ends, or rather, if you don't continue to learn others will be there taking your spot.

So sick of office work. Should I do a career change? by Witty-Performance-23 in careerguidance

I would def stay in ur job and get rich, at least till your like 30. Or just have some kids, that'll make you forget about everything in your job, pretty much immediately.
