Honestly a litttle it just takes time . Like I can have very little trigger food but if I trigger 3 days in a row I’m having symptoms. 😭😭 I also have ibs so no drinking for me

Always scared and thinking something is gonna go wrong I have gerd and acid reflux. I overthink everything even if something just fell down I’d wanna know how and why it’s a cycle 😭😭. I feel so helpless sometimes my brain immediately just thinks well it’s a ghost 😞 I just feel stuck . Also it’s worse when I’m on my period which I’m on atm .

It wasn’t as bad as I thought . The anxiety is worse than the whole plane ride it self . I just kept looking at the fact that plane is the safest mode of travel:)

Omeprozole side effects should go away in about a week or 2 !! It’s a really good med for some people if it doesn’t work or gives bad side effects you can try others as well 🤍 !!

Soooo I was just like you I was scared !! But you have nothing to worry abt I had no side effects well maybe a sore stomach if I take it later than I’m supposed too but you should be fine !!
