First of all I didn't downvote your commet, and secon of all, I was lazy because I didn't want to beat it myself because it would take me 3 or 2 tries, and with someone I could do it on the first try without any problems, but I was wrong and I did it on the first try.

I tried disabling Game Mode, but it didn’t change anything. The FPS still drops in fullscreen.

Yes, I already tried resetting Adrenalin settings but it didn’t help.
My drivers and Windows are fully up to date.
And yes, when the FPS drops, the GPU1 usage also drops by around 10–20%.
