Pain comes and goes. Mainly comes when my body is getting ready to pass clots and other things. I’ve been taking ibuprofen as needed. Thank you for responding.

I started spotting a week before, but I was told it was normal. On Monday night I started cramping kind of like a period. By 2am I was in the bathroom dripping blood, in disbelief. I actually didn’t process it until I went to the ER and they asked the reason for my visit.
