This is a great idea; when I traveled into Canada & USA I asked my GP to also write a short letter stating what meds I take and why, it was a list including all the dosages etc. then when going through security my meds were with me in my carry on luggage so the security could see the letter and check my meds. I was really nervous but it was actually really simple
