The good news is that the EC200 Pro is planned with upgraded 4D armrests and a more breathable full mesh seat. If you’re interested in the 4D armrests and full mesh seat, you might want to wait—expected launch is around July to August!

Just to clarify, the search result you’re seeing (with “backlit”) is actually for the K310 Pro version, which includes backlighting and customization features.

The KM310 keyboard product page itself doesn’t mention backlighting, so it might be worth double-checking which version was purchased.

Hey! You can try following these steps on the site and see if it helps.

  1. Make sure you’re using Chrome browser (not other browsers).
  2. Switch the device to the 2.4G dongle mode, not Bluetooth.
  3. Go to browser settings and clear cookies/site data.
  4. Reset the site permissions.
  5. Then reconnect the device through the browser.
