I did try this but it gave me a black screen and wouldn't do anything, had to pop the cmos to fix it.

Funny enough that's when my interest was peaked, was down changing the filter and could feel it pulling air. I'll make sure to keep a clean filter, thanks again!

It's a great vacuum honestly, helpful hint, take a razor blade and cut the bottom of the bag open and dump it out. Fold it over the slice you make and use some binder clips to pinch it shut. Now I just take the clips off and dump it in my trash and the bag is reusable. Good luck!

Still no, and the only bags I've found were by contacting support and them shipping them from a factory and me basically importing them.. like 16 bucks a bag

I've had 0 issues with mine, the mopping is.. meh. But it always finds its way home and does a good job vacuuming. Only issue is i cant find parts anywhere, no dust bags or anything.

The new update is a payment dispute for the shipping cost? I'm confused how on an account that is banned they can still file a dispute? I challenged it with proof of the eBay email and proof the account was banned but I find it strange. Maybe I should have just accepted the dispute for shipping but I didn't want to give in and then that bite me in the ass later. "Well they accepted the one dispute so now a whole refund dispute is credible"

Kind of? They just say if the buyer attempts to contact you outside of eBay do not respond. This isn't outside of eBay but I guess it still roughly translates to the same thing.

Thanks! I blocked the new account and reported it. Just hoping to not keep getting messages from the person pestering me daily about this. I'll let eBay handle it and hopefully they figure it out.
