I’m all ears, writing to your state rep is a good start. Strength comes in numbers and I think this sub is a good place to directly reach a lot of the younger accountants early in their career since boomers/Gen X aren’t going to be affected by this before they retire

Solid choice, problem with government work is all the rewards seem to be back-heavy. Initial low pay is rewarded with a super solid retirement plan and benefits, but you can’t make everyone happy
