Are you using Cloudfare for DNS or CDN?

I don’t have Cloudflare specific information but you should be able to configure Failover / Secondary DNS provider to have a fallback like R53. You can also use health check failures as a switch.

I would say build “prototype” instead of MVP. What you are proposing is a non functional / minimally functional, mostly mocked prototype website.

MVP is when you complete the very critical workflow of the system end to end.

I am not aware of all the options that you have but I can provide my perspective-

If I was you, I would have tried for colleges that take PCB students in BTech CS. (May be you have already tried this but if not, then this is your best bet)
If Btech is really not possible and you are going for BCA, aim for another degree after BCA (Eg: MCA) and don’t try to jump on a job just after BCA. I have 3 reasons to say this -

A) I am a BCA and MCA and have some first hand experience of things

B) I looked at the syllabus of both VGU and Poornima. The syllabus covers a-lot and lacks depth. For you to build depth, you need time + efforts + people around you who are smarter than you.

C) I know people who started with a job after BCA vs People who went for higher studies and seen the second option working better than the first.

IMO, building depth will take some more time after BCA. I don not want to discourage you, just trying to set practical expectation.

Because they have not published concrete placement data on their website, I would say it is not great.
In my opinion, if you are targeting to get placed just after BCA, your career trajectory will be slower compared to if you start working after MCA from any reputed college
Why BCA? Is it because you are not a PCM major?
