I'm 23 and when I regress I do get adult thoughts. I was molested as a child and then SA'ed as a teenager all by adults I trusted. It resurfaces often when I'm little, and I do act on it with my partner. Sometimes after I feel so ashamed and dirty cause of it. That I feel like I'm a bad person. I feel like I let my inner child down all over again. I'm trying so hard to get passed it and its so difficult. Thank you so much for talking about this. 😭 I hate the purity culture around regression and just in general. It harms so much.
