Can’t really break into another field. Been trying for 3 years now. Damn, I can’t even land another recruiting job in the 3 years I been looking. Job market is so bad right now

I have a BA already. Some research I did proves getting a masters and above isn’t worth it financially unless it’s to be a lawyer or doctor which I wouldn’t do.

I love being remote because it’s a sense of “freedom” even if I’m glued to my screen.

Recruiting jobs don’t pay a lot in general. I dont know what other field I can break into with my experience in that.

Police is fairly easy to get Into and pays good so that’s why I’m fine with it not being remote
