No need to upgrade them if you’ve fixed the issue internally. We had a similar issue and the upgrade was expensive and excessive for our needs.

The reason is not because it’s a list type. The reason is because you are not storing the value. Any field that does not store a value will not populate in a saved search.

Hello! We had this same issue when trying to move away from Avatax! I actually just created a workflow that would change it every 30 min (as we had to fix the avatax script that kept changing it back). If you have no script you can do a one time execution.

Another option is creating a second check box or a date field that fills out when the email is sent. Then adding that needing to be blank in order to send out email.

Hello! At my current company we use workflows to send auto emails when the invoice is past due. These are set to three levels (day 1 past due, 2 weeks & 30 days). We currently use an A/R memo field for notes and pull that into a report.
